This is the largest indoor mobile railway in the world.
In the Höllenblitz, 15 train carriages travelling at 80 km/h bring passengers through special effects inside the gold mine, in a breathtaking descent, between waterfalls and lighting effects unique in their kind.
In 2009 a new laser system for the indoor effects was installed costing a record 30,000 €. The lighting technology is LED and enables continuous colour changes.
Particular attention to the landscaped setting and the attention to detail make a trip on the Höllenblitz an experience worth trying if you decide to spend some time at the Oktoberfest Luna Park.
On the big LED screen at the entrance to the mine is Rusty, the ride mascot, who talks to the spectators.
