The former carnies club

oktoberfest HippodromToday there is also a long tradition of the former carnies club from the Hippodrom; the promoter of this meeting is the former head of the Wiesn, Gabi Weißhäupl, who is retiring in 2012. In the meantime all the members of the historic club have also retired, who for years set up their roller coasters, rides and shooting booths at the Theresienwiese. This family tradition is continued today by their children or even their grandchildren, who continue to manage the rides.
